Summer Camps

A new trend for our facility is the offering of summer camps by outside providers. Last summer we had two weeks of AiDa (Academy of Imagination and Dramatic Arts)  Summer camp offering theatre, drama, and leadership to our local kids and the Sprout Camp offering outdoor and child led programming. Both of these camps are looking to offer programming again this summer.

The Clubhouse Board has decided that the current first come/first served approach to rentals does not fit with the summer camp rental requests and the desire of the community to see diversity of programming. This year we will accept summer camp requests (through the City’s Facility Booking) until January 20th, 2017. For the summer of 2018, all camp requests will need to be submitted by December 15, 2017. After this deadline the facility will be rented for summer camp programming but only for remaining available weeks.
